What the game saves
Feetle Game uses your browser's local storage to save daily puzzle progress, submitted words, your current draft, completed results, theme preference and whether you have seen the instructions. Your statistics are calculated from those completed results on your device.
These records are not submitted to a game server. There are no player accounts, advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts in this version of the site.
Your choices
You can remove these records using your browser's controls for site data. Clearing data for feetlegame.com removes your saved progress, statistics and preferences. Different browsers and devices keep separate records. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent records from surviving a visit.
If storage is unavailable, the game remains playable and displays a notice that progress may not be saved. Unlimited practice is held in memory and is not saved after you leave the page.
Hosting and ordinary web requests
The website is served through Cloudflare. Like other web hosting services, it receives technical connection information such as your IP address, request URL, browser information and request time in order to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the locally saved game record.
For information about how the hosting provider handles data, see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not claim that hosting a website involves no connection data.
Fonts, links and sharing
Fonts and game resources are served with this site. Related-game links take you to other websites, whose own policies apply. A result is copied to your clipboard only when you press the share button. The site does not publish that result on your behalf.
Future changes
If the site adds a feature that changes how it handles data, this page will be updated to describe that feature. This policy describes the independent Feetle Game at feetlegame.com, not the separate sites that inspired it.
